Saic-iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd( SIH) is a heavy vehicle manufacturer invested jointly and established by Saic-iveco commercial vehicle investment Co., Ltd and Chongqing electromechanical holding (Group) company.
The shareholders of both sides signed officially the Strategic cooperation agreement of heavy vehicles between Saic-iveco commercial vehicle investment Co., Ltd and Chongqing heavy vehicle Group Co., Ltd under the common witness of the prime ministers of Italy and China in Sep, 18th, 2006; and in Jun 15th, 2007, the SIH established officially, which opened a new phase in the development of the co-partership.
